You can do all the things that are supposed to help.
Go for the walk.
Take the yoga class.
Pray.
Exercise.
Journal.
Talk it through.
Take a break when you can.
And still find yourself lying awake at night.
Still feel your patience wearing thin.
Still catch yourself carrying worries that follow you from one part of your day to the next.
You can have a full calendar and feel overwhelmed.
You can have the same calendar and feel completely capable.
So what’s the difference?
That’s the question I’ve been exploring with women recently.
Women navigating major life transitions.
Women supporting family members.
Women trying to make important decisions.
Women carrying concerns about the future.
Women who feel responsible for more people than themselves.
Women who are doing their best and still wondering:
Why does stress keep showing up?

I’m inviting women to shape the discussion and decide the day and time to join me for a live Rooted for Careโข Conversation.
Together, we’ll explore:
๐ฟ Why stress feels heavier on some days than others
๐ฟ The hidden patterns that influence how we respond under pressure
๐ฟ What resilience looks like beyond simply pushing through
๐ฟ How greater awareness can create new possibilities
During the conversation, participants will also have the opportunity to complete a brief assessment and reflect on some of the patterns that may be shaping their experience.
This is not a lecture.
This is not therapy.
This is not a sales presentation.
It’s a thoughtful, interactive conversation for women who are curious about stress, resilience, and staying calm under pressure.
