Each day includes guided support using the CALM Method, along with breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, and affirmations. A full length Breathwork and Gentle Yoga practice is also included for daily use, plus a 7 Day Maintenance Journal with meditations to help carry the reset into everyday life.
