About Adrianne

Adrianne Lind is a trauma-informed Yoga teacher, mindfulness mentor, and founder of Rooted for Care, a luxury wellness brand for high-functioning women navigating stress, aging, and deep responsibility.

After surviving trauma, multiple global relocations, chronic illness, and personal losses, Adrianne rebuilt her life from the inside out through movement, breathwork, and radical self-care.

Today, through her books, private coaching, courses, and workshops, she helps purpose-driven women over 45 strengthen their resilience, reclaim their calm, and build a home within themselves.
